We are seeking an Architectural Associate to join our team. You will participate as a team member in the design and technical development of all phases of various types of residential and commercial projects.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree
- 5-10 years of work-related experience
- Proficient in AutoCad Architecture and Sketch-up
Experience and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
- Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
- Ability to work well individually and within groups
- Working knowledge of building and zoning codes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform architectural and technical tasks as assigned
- Adhere to office CAD drafting standards
- Perform tasks required for project development
- Prioritize effectively and adjust workload accordingly
- Ability to produce work without direct supervision
- Attend client and project meetings
- Assist/perform job site observation as necessary
- Communicate and coordinate with owners, engineers,
- Vendors, building officials and other consultants
